3. Rates

Rates for WordPress services are listed on the WPmayya.com website and are subject to change. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.

4. Controls

Orders for WordPress services can be placed online via the WPmayya.com website. Once the order is placed, a contract is established between WPmayya.com and the customer.

5. Payment

Payment for WordPress maintenance services is made according to the terms agreed between WPmayya.com and the customer. Invoices are issued and payable within the agreed deadlines.

6. Responsibilities

WPmayya.com is committed to providing WordPress maintenance services with professionalism. However, WPmayya.com cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by events beyond its control.

7. Privacy

WPmayya.com is committed to respecting the confidentiality of information provided by the customer as part of WordPress maintenance services.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Thai law. In the event of a dispute, the Thai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By accepting these terms and conditions of sale, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read them and accepts them unreservedly.
